Self-employed or small company’s owner whose sales have decreased by 50% compared to the same month last year or 2 years ago due to the state of emergency.

Those who are not eligible for apply

The reason of the sales decrease is not related to the state of emergency

Part time job

Student

The person who are not willing to continue their business

The following businesses are not eligible for apply

Restaurant

Public corporation

Business that is obliged to report under the law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses

Political organization

Religious corporation

People who are related to gangsters

Target month	April, May	16th June 2021 to 15th August 2021
Target month	June	1st July 2021 to 31th August 2021

Remuneration for support

If you need to support to apply, we will support it for 16,500yen plus transportation fee.

If you can ready to apply and only need ‘Jizen Kakunin’, we will do for free.

Final tax returns for 2019, 2020

Invoices, receipts, sales charts regarding 2019, 2020, 2021(to the present)

Bank book from January 2019 to the present
